Shipping will be climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen and a fixed shipping fee of €4.50 will be charged within Germany.

Europa

Shipping is currently available only to the following EU countries: Austria and France. A shipping fee of €10 applies to all orders shipped to these countries.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic and abroad delivery of goods shall be made within 5-10 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Your jewelry will be carefully packaged in an environmentally friendly, plastic-free way. Every order is firstly packed in handcrafted pouches made from recycled fabrics, thoughtfully created from our collection of reclaimed textiles. The packaging/parcels to ship your order are made made of environmentally friendly and recyclable cardboard.

Shipping via DHL “GOGREEN”

We ship your parcel climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number
