Shipping will be climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen and a fixed shipping fee of €4.50 will be charged within Germany.

Europe

Shipping is currently available only to the following EU countries: Austria, France and the Netherlands. A shipping fee of €10 applies to all orders shipped to these countries.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic and abroad delivery of goods shall be made within 5-10 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Packaging

Our jewelry is packaged by us in a resource-conscious and plastic-free way. We package all our products in little bags, that are handmade made by us from recycled fabrics from our fabric pool. For shipping we use recyclable cardboard boxes.

Shipping is carried out via DHL.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number
