Delivery periods:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, your order will be delivered to all shipping countries within 5-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

We will pack your jewelry environmentally friendly and plastic free. We ship all our products exclusively in handmade bags made by us from recycled fabrics from our fabric pool. The mailing bags are also made of environmentally friendly and recyclable cardboard.

MATERIALS

We use almost entirely the high quality materials 14 carat/20 gold filled and 925 sterling silver in our work.

14 Karat/20 Gold Filled: For us, the best material for those who love gold, because it is 100% waterproof, meaning it doesn’t lose its color even when worn in water.

What exactly is 14 karat/20 gold filled?

14 Karat/20 Gold Filled consists of a thin layer of 14 karat real gold and jeweler’s brass. In a specialized process, a high-quality 14 karat gold layer (made of real gold) is heat and pressure bonded onto a base core of brass. During this process, the gold is fused so tightly with the base metal that it cannot peel off. The gold layer is up to 100 times thicker than that of conventional gold-plated jewelry, ensuring a durable and beautiful gold surface.

The result is a high-quality material that has the charm and allure of real gold but at an affordable price. It is not the same as solid gold since the core of the material is brass, but it is still the best alternative, in our opinion, for high-quality, long-lasting, waterproof gold jewelry.

14 Karat/20 Gold Filled has been well-known and popular in America since the 1950s. In the past, it was frequently used for jewelry, watch bands, and eyeglass frames.

Our expertise in the art of working with 14 Karat Gold Filled, along with our daily creative ideas, enables us to create distinctive designs using this material.

925 Sterlingsilber : We also love this high-quality material, which is wonderfully processable. It is also waterproof and highly durable. It is also waterproof and highly durable.

925 Sterling Silver is made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals to enhance its strength and durability. Through careful selection and processing, we ensure that the silver retains its natural beauty and meets the highest quality standards. Whenever possible, we also use recycled 925 Sterling Silver.

Some pieces of our jewelry e.g pendant chains are made of 925 Sterling Silver with 24 karat gold plating. This plating consists of a 2-micron thick layer of gold, making it much more durable than conventional standard plating.

CARE

Our motto is: „ Wear it everyday... make it a part of yourself...."

You can wear our jewelry in the ocean and in the water! However, it is important to note that both saltwater and sweat, chlorine, and other chemicals can eventually make even high-quality jewelry look less attractive. That's why:

Our tip: If you have worn the jewelry in water or it has been in contact with sweat, wear it when showering afterwards. It's recommended to wash it with shower gel and then rinse it with clear water. By taking proper care of your jewelry, you can keep it in the best condition, ensuring that it remains beautiful and shiny for a long time.

Sustainability

Our business is sustainable and environmentally friendly for various reasons, which we would like to explain in detail below:

Long before sustainability became a "trend" in marketing, it was natural for our family and a way of life to recycle, reuse materials, and create something new from them to counteract the throwaway culture. Therefore, it was incredibly important for us to make our small jewelry brand as sustainable as possible right from the start.

Using plastic-free packaging was a given for us. We use recyclable cardboard boxes that are optimally sized to fit easily into a mailbox and prevent repeated delivery attempts. Additionally, our packages do not contain any additional unnecessary paper shreds or air packaging.
"Made-to-order": Our jewelry is only made after we receive your order. This means that the jewelry piece is specifically made for you, rather than being ready-made and in stock.** As a result, there are no excesses, pressure to sell, or waste. We can also accommodate your individual preferences and customize your jewelry piece to fit you. Made-to-order allows us to offer a wide range of sizes and lengths that perfectly match, for example, your ring size or your hand/ankle circumference. Also for necklaces many different length variations are possibe.
Upon request we recycle and upcycle high-quality used materials and jewelry pieces from our customers by incorporating them into our designs or creating new favorite pieces.
We use high-quality materials and, whenever possible, recycled or recyclable materials.
The fabric pouches in which you receive your jewelry pieces are lovingly sewn by us in Munich. The fabrics mostly come from our own stock or are sourced second-hand and thoroughly cleaned. Each pouch is manually printed by us in an environmentally friendly manner with our logo.
We ship our products in a climate-neutral way with DHL GOGREEN.
If, by any chance, a jewelry piece should break, we can also repair it for you. It is important to us that our jewelry pieces have a long lifespan and are not simply discarded. To do so, please write us an email at kontakt@preciousea.de
