If it does not match your expectations, you can return the new, unworn product within 30 days after delivery to the following address:

You are welcome to use our electronic return form on this page, but you also have the possibility to inform us about your revocation in another way. (In the right of withdrawal you will find a sample form that you can forward us).

In this case you would of course have to pay the shipping costs and also make sure that the product is returned properly. We will confirm the receipt of your return by e-mail. Should your Preciousea product arrive damaged or in the wrong condition, we will of course carry the shipping costs.

The use of the form is not mandatory for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal can also be exercised in any other way using an explicit statement!
